Our office accepts insurance plans from most carriers. We will be happy to let you know if we are “in-network” with your insurance company. We will help you receive the maximum benefits available from your insurance plans, but please remember that no insurance plan attempts to cover all dental costs. Each insurance company has its own deductibles, limitations of benefits, yearly maximums, and usual and customary fee determinations. Some companies do not allow for posterior composites – tooth-colored fillings on back teeth – but offer an “alternate benefit,” resulting in more out-of-pocket expenses for you. Remember that your treatment plan is based upon your treatment needs and not based on a contract between the insurance company and your employer. A pre-treatment estimate can be sent to your insurance company, allowing you to have a better estimate of what amount is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.

Our Financial Policy

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We will discuss every procedure and fee before we start. After treatment options are determined, you will be given an estimate, and payment options will be reviewed with you. We offer many ways for you to plan your treatment. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as personal checks and cash. We offer financing through CareCredit for those who qualify.

With CareCredit, you can finance 100 percent of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalties. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works well for you. CareCredit also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate. It can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. Applications are available through our office. As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance coverage, our office will submit the insurance claim for you.
